REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR LABORATORY USERS AT UGM BIOTECHNOLOGY STUDY CENTER
- Applicants submit a request for the use of laboratory facilities by filling out the LABORATORY REGISTRATION FORM available at this link: http://ugm.id/FormPendaftaranLab2024
- The submitted form will automatically be sent to the Applicant’s email address in PDF format.
- The attached form in the email can be downloaded, and the Applicant and Supervisor/Promoter/Principal Investigator should complete their respective signatures.
- The signed Application Form is to be sent to the administration department of UGM Biotechnology Study Center via WhatsApp (WA) to Mrs. Mida (0895 3631 30707) to request approval from the UGM Biotechnology Study Center Manager.
- Upon approval by the UGM Biotechnology Study Center Manager, the applicant proceeds to make the bench fee payment according to the provided invoice.
- The applicant completes the bench fee payment and sends the payment proof to the administration department of UGM Biotechnology Study Center via WhatsApp (WA).
- Researchers/students who will be working in the laboratory must undergo training by the technicians in the laboratory before starting their work.
- Laboratory users are required to download the handbook from the following link: http://ugm.id/handbooklaben
